Managing Your Subscription
When you purchase a subscription from Play It Again UK, you can manage it at any time through your customer account. You have the ability to:
- Pause your subscription temporarily
- Resume a paused subscription
- Skip upcoming deliveries
- Update your payment method
- Change your shipping address
- Cancel your subscription
Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account. When you cancel, billing and delivery will end immediately. Please note that cancellations cannot be undone. If you wish to temporarily stop receiving orders, we recommend pausing your subscription instead.
Billing and Notifications
You will receive email notifications before each billing cycle to remind you of upcoming charges and deliveries. Your payment method will be charged automatically according to the delivery frequency you selected (weekly, monthly, or yearly).
Payment Method Updates
If a payment fails, we will notify you and request that you update your payment information. You can update your payment method at any time through your customer account or by contacting us.
